| NorthChaos | I think that this level preceedes the stitching-command.
It is a real shame, that the reviewers do not know most of the JK-history, and therefore play down those levels what most of the oldest people around here played and loved right at the beginning. |
| Takimoto | Ah, another newbie reviewer breaks onto the scene. What you have to realize is, at the time of this level's debut, there was no such thing as stitching. And Kiramin was one of the best editors around, considering what we had to work with. Try to take into consideration what you're dealing with. If you're reviewing a classic, treat it as such. |
| Brian | In fact, I think the version he created most of the level in didn't even have a 3d preview, but I could be wrong.
You look forward to more of his work? Try Wayrest Landing (in MLP 1 or 2, can't remember) and his single player level, Imperial Pumping Station. |

Although I think you guys are being a little critical - how am I supposed to rate these levels? The purpose of this whole level reviewing thing is to tell people what the strong and weak points in a level are - despite the fact that this level was released a long time ago it still has to be rated objectively. I admit my ignorance to the fact that the level was released eariler, but that doesn't change the fact that the textures WERE misaligned - and as a reviewer it is my job to deduct points and let people know of this particular fault. -DragonPhinn |
| DragonPhinn | Also, you have to remember who is reading these reviews. These reviews are aimed at people NOW not back when the level was first released. If I gave it a 90 it would degrate other 90's out there. Should I give it an edge because it's older? I mean, it plays the same whether it was made 5 years or 5 hours ago. It's my duty to inform people of how I felt the level performed. And as such, I would like to defend my review. I may not have been around since the beginning, but I have been around long enough. |
