Aesthetics:

Step one: Download this mod. Step two: read this review while downloading. Well now that that's out of the way, lets get to the review. I truly do not think that there is a word to describe how great this mod really is. The authors have turned Baron's Hed into an expansive giant town without a hint of lag. The JKrpg team has taken a classic level and turned it into something beyond great. So many great things have been included in this mod that I don't even know where to start. The architecture is perfect and you don't get that boxy feeling anywhere in the level. The lighting is great and truly reflects the level's nighttime theme. There are so many things to talk about that I could write forever but lets just move on.

Gameplay:

Gameplay, hmmm, where to start...The concept of choosing different characters with different personalities and skills is awesome and the concept of buying and bartering for your weapons. It's this kind of ingenuity that makes dreams come true. Now its more of a challenge to kill your opponent, having to buy your weapons and if you get killed, you have to either earn more money or run as fast as you can to retrieve your pack. You'd think the level was lag city but it's smooth like butter in a two player game, which is a huge feat considering all the 3dos and mass architecture. You start to get a little lag the more players you add but it doesn't affect the gameplay. This level gives flow its definition, you've got so many places to hide yet so many places to be found. The JKrpg is truly a legendary mod, and legends never die.

Final Comments:

Now comes the lowdown, you like architecture, you'll like this mod. You like killing helpless civilians, you'll like this mod. You like wasting money on weapons of mass destruction, you'll like this mod. You like stealing people's money, you'll like this mod. I could go on and on about these pointless fun things to do but just stop reading this review and go download the JKrpg or heaven help your soul.
