Corellian Transport

Posted: 2000-09-22 6:14 p.m.   Report Abuse Um...I played this level before the host released it, and it's pretty amatuerish. NOTHING like the Millenium Falcon, or any other Corellian Transport (except maybe the boxy, way-too-much room type of transports.) I won't even bother downloading it, I already threw it away the first time. Maybe next time the creator will try something a little less: boxy simple boring

It's way to big, do it to scale if you're gonna do it, look how well LEC did it's Correlien Corvette, it looks just like a 'vette archi-wise. Very Boxy....VERY boxy. Default lighting, textures used way too much for the enviroment. I can see a canyon or bluff, but....
Don't download, it's a waste of time and HD space. You can even tell that from the screenies if you don't believe the Bazooka Floydist.

Oh, and PLEASE tell me what I should change and what I should now. AND I DO NOT DO A DOBBLE TAKE ON THE SCREEN SHOT!! Whoever came up with that was pretty #$@%$!

Posted: 2000-09-24 6:22 a.m.   Report Abuse From The Looks of This Level, this is pretty korny, way to boxy and the room in your screenshot would be to big to fit in a replica of the falcon. I suggest you play with jkedit or jed more and then redo it.

It's WAY too big. It's well-made, but STILL TOO BIG.

Posted: 2001-07-11 5:10 a.m.   Report Abuse I played this level, and will unfortunately have to agree that it lacks just about any resemblance to the Millenium Falcon... the only thing that was like the Falcon was the 'pit' where the rebels hid when they arrived at the Death Star. Other than that, I could not find anything that looked even remotely like what would be on the falcon. Where was the cockpit? Where were the stationed guns that Han and Luke used during their escape from the Death Star? Where was the recreational room with the chessboard? Where was the engine room where Han fixed the ship? And assuming that the bed chambers was correct, I doubt that Han and Chewie would sleep on a single bed. I mean, they're good friends, but not that close.
Other than the fact that this level had nothing similar to the falcon in books, and movies, it was rather interesting for a DM game, and I agree that it should be renamed for it still could be a different ship model. All in all, download the game for play, not for a recreation.
