First of all, yun and jerec are just always going at each other, it makes it really hard for you to get a hit in, and even then, you mostly hi yun. Second, when yun dies, as he obviuousley will as long as bug no. 1 holds up, the level ends. This leaves the level sort of hard to finish.Admin Only: Delete |

And this level comes with a new force power, a VERY good force power, but its easy to win if you use this force power in Jerec many times at once. He will die without a fight. The only thing I don't get is why Yun joined the light side with Kyle to defeat Jerec for good. Don't you think they would both go to the dark side and take you power of the valley for themselves. | Goku36rpg | Posted: 09/08/00 15:21 Report AbuseIs there a way to do this with a mod for the original game so that after he fights you he secretly fights with you(except for certain parts when you fight certain dark jedi so that the videos stay straight, like he leaves when he has to be with the others. anyways sounds like a really good level, yun is a good kid, i hate to see him stay with the dark jedi. you should make a special edition that actualy has a ending cutscene!!! something cool like..... (screen fades out in a spiral swirl)
You see jerec chop yun in the side with his saber, "HAHA YOU FOOL I TOLD YOU YOU COULD NOT DEFEAT ME THE GRAT JEREC!!! HAHAHA"
then jerec screems and drops and a blood gashing sound fills the air as jerec drops to the florr a heap.Kyle stands behind him saber in a downward position signifying that he just slashed Jerec.Then Jerecs body is lifted in to the air and disinagrates befor the eyes of kyle.KYLE looks at the dececed yun and spits on his carcas, an evil red tint to his eyes,thus the birth of EMPORER KATARN!....(screen fades back)

| Alaan | Posted: 06/11/01 20:12 Report AbuseIt was pretty annoying trying to kill Jerec while Yun was in his face. I think I got hit more by Yun than Jerec. Pretty fun though.
Funny story...when Jerec was going up the central tower to regenerate, I used force impel on him and he died from the impact. And when his corpse got to the top, the impenetrable shield surrounded him and he started regenerating.Admin Only: Delete |

| Monster | Posted: 02/16/03 19:16 Report AbuseThis level is an ok level. It is hard to get shots in because Yun is in the way. When you try to slash at Jerec, you end up hitting Yun and hurting him. If Yun gets killed, the level ends. It is very very fun to watch the fight. It is amazing the weakest Dark Jedi stands a chance against the strongest. The new force power is cool and you can use it to shove Yun out of the way for you to get shots at Jerec. You can also use it to smash Jerec into the wall and kill him :-). Overall, this is a great level and really, really worth the download. I highly recommend this level! Admin Only: Delete |

| Connemara | Posted: 08/14/03 07:52 Report AbuseI gave it a seven because I enjoyed it, and enjoyed the alternate strategy for killing Jerec that this level supplied. My strategy for killing Jerec has always been fight him until he needs to regenerate, then block the entrance to the core pillar. Eventually he just stands there and you can hack him. However, this is *extremely* hard to do with the lightside, as there is no way to force him backwards, and he tends to push me into the energy stream so he can get in. Very frustrating. With Force push I just pushed him back every time he got close, and let Yun finish him off. It was fun. I can see where this could be pretty easy, however. But I give it an A for originality, and another A for using my all time favorite JK character (Yun). Admin Only: Delete |

It's nice that Yun joined you, and that part of this level is very great.
The downside is: too easy. With the new force Impel you killed Jerec without a flash of the saber. And it looks like they do not know that you exist too, so maybe Yun should've died...Admin Only: Delete |
