Ehm.. I don't care wether it's your first map or not, so here it goes:

1. Add detail. Look at the default maps by Raven, they ahve quite some detail added to them. Try to at least equalise that.

2. Less lightspots. Also, look for inspiration in Raven's maps, and make more light sources.

3. It's an overused theme.

Ok... here are some things that you can do to improve your map

1.)Make sure your levelshot is a power of 2, thats why it doesn't show up and why it will crash a single player game
2.)When using md3's use the clip texture in system to make them solid
3.)Don't just make a box filled with objects
4.)The switch... why!?
5.)Add more space to fight, I can't possibly see dueling in that small room
6.)Watch your lights, no one likes lightspots that seem to come from nowhere
