Description:

Jedi Knight Enhanced is a model update for Jedi Knight Dark Forces II. Two years in the making, this mod replaces the original Jedi Knight models with higher poly versions, and higher resolution textures. Even with the limits imposed in JK, the game can display quake3 quality models without problems. And it just makes the game more appealing to play! Included are all new models for players, enemies, dark jedi, weapons, projectiles, items, NPC's and vehicles. Higher resolution sprites, skies and 16 bit sabers.

One thing though, not sure if it's a glitch on my part.. but I played single player campaign, and I had the music down to a millimeter or so ingame and on my volume control bars. There would be one song that would be very loud every time it started, on the first level. Sorry, I'm being VERY vague. :\ I really do enjoy the mod though. Admin Only: Delete

I've accepted the sad fact that you don't want to do the same thing for Mysteries of the Sith, but I still have one request: Would you enhance the droid Weegee at the end of level three & beginning of level four, the transport in that large room at the end of level four, and that AT-AT in the first general section of "The Valley Tower Ascent". I'm making this request because without those potential changes, JKE seems incomplete to me. I hope you at least consider these changes. Admin Only: Delete
