New MotS Multiplayer Level: TPMTC's Mos Espa - Cool Matty @ 1:01 PM
File: TPMTC's Mos Espa
Author: Darth J
Screenshots: Screenshot 1, Screenshot 2
Description: This is a pretty large MP level set in a section of the sprawling Mos Espa Spaceport.  This level is the only remaining level from TPMTC that I have come across, but as I find more, I'll do my best to submit them as soon as possible.  Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was not able to put the last touches on this level, such as weapon and item placement, so this is effectively a Sabers Only level.  It's highly recommended that you play this level with a mod like SBX.  A ton of blood and sweat went into this level, so I hope it's well recieved.  Enjoy!

New wallpaper available from TPMTC JK! - Hideki @ 2:49 AM
Friend14 sent us a word about their TPMTC and here's the quote.
The Phantom Menace Total Conversion for Jedi Knight has updated their web page http://www.jedinights.com/tpmtcjk/. Wallpaper made from an in-game shot is now available in three sizes.
The wallpaper seems to be pretty huge in size as it's a bmp, so for slow connections, be warned.
Also they're looking for some mat artists for the help as well. If you're interested, go check their site.

The Phantom Menace Total Conversion web site is back online and we are currently in the process of re-constructing our site to its original state. But please feel free to stop by the forums and check for updates. We would greatly appreciate it.
It looks pretty good so far, even though the forums are the only part that are functional. Check it out anyways.

Updates at SWTTC - Hebedee @ 1:00 PM
Earl at the Star Wars Trilogy Total Conversion updated the day before yesterday, announcing a new staff member, updated level features, new level pages, as well as a cry for help. Earl said a couple things. Here is a clip of the news post.
I have been terribly disappointed with the response to our interview feature. There will be no further interviews without your participation. We have had only one submission and that came from a fellow editor working on the other big TC in the works, TPMTC. We started the feature because we thought you may enjoy the insight, but if we receive no entries then it will be scrapped. To be an interviewer then write to swttc@hotmail.com.

I end again with a cry for help. We are expanding this TC to include ship levels and need dedicated people to work on all aspects of it. We still have some levels that need editors as well, so if you are an expert cogger, texture artist, level editor and wish to become part of a great project, then send a sample of your work to the above address.
If you have any skills that they could use, or just want to check out their levels, go to the Star Wars Trilogy Total Conversion website.

Revamped TPMTC - Archimedes @ 3:35 PM
The Phatom Menace TC has updated its site with a new design, and with it come three new features - the Espa Screen of the Week, the Jedi Council Select, and the Pod Racer Spotlight. Skywalker explains.
  • The Espa Screen of the Week is where you will go to get up to date screenshots of the Mos Espa level which is being created by Darth J. Lots of interesting things will come up in this spotlgiht so keep your eye on it.
  • The Jedi Council Select is to get you a first look at all the Jedi Council characters that are in the movie that have been re-created for the TPMTC. The current spotlighted council member is Mace Windu; be on the look-out for updates over there as well.
  • The Pod Racer Spotlight is where you will find the newest pod racers as they are completed. Right now we have Anakin in the spotlight...so head over there and check it out.
  • All these updates are definitely worth a visit to The Phatom Menace TC.

New MotS Multiplayer Level: Mos Elsa: A City on Tatooine - Brian @ 11:43 AM
File: Mos Elsa: A City on Tatooine
    Author: Darth J
    Screenshots: Screenshot 1, Screenshot 2
Description: This is a fairly large MP level set in a city on Tatooine. It is made for 4-5 players, otherwise gameplay might suffer. Send any comments to me. This level was originally intended as Mos Espa for TPMTC, but I decided that it wasn't exactly what I expected. I hope you enjoy this level, I put a lot of hard work into it.
