This level gave me a feel for jhs but will never replace jhs. It had horrible texturing, odd item placement and horrible texturing yet again. I haven't played mp so i cant comment on the gameplay. It might be fun with kwp. Horrid texturing(part of the reason it reminded me of jhs).

From the screen shots, it looks kinda boxy, but it seems too much like JHS which makes it seem like a rip-off...

i beta tested this level in its early stages and it did not look like JHS until its final stages. this level is fun and good for trainging and deathmatch's , so just try it before you rate it . ty

i believe someone is making another high school. It was in Pic of the Day a month or two ago. The guy had it laid out like his school, and even had the floor of the gym textured to look like the floor, and a lot of other complex stuff.

On the level: if you don't want people to think you're copying JHS, don't make it LOOK like JHS.

You notice how everyone that liked the level was in FTP or in someway associated FTP....anyway this level is really bad. The guy friggin made something that supposed to be a recreational areas like a huge weirded out goal thing-a-ma-jig. Horrible rip-off of JHS, ugh, I feel like throwing up.......hate..uh....rip...offs....argh! (threw up)

Hopefully there won't be a JHS rip-off epidemic, like what happened to Oasis.

well, it is like JHS, i mean not as good, but its the same basic design....the big open area in the front with a landpad. It's really pretty boxy and I dont think the texturing is too good.

Some one is making another high school... they're making their high school into a JK level. From the pics of it that ive seen, it will be an awesome level, with excellent texturing and architecture.

Well, it DOES look like a rip off, I haven't played it but I mean, no offense but from the pics i really dont think it's worth the download. The guy making his High School into a JK lvl is Spiral, personal friend of mine, but he hasn't been on in a while so I'm not sure how much he's progressed.

Get JHS. This level looks worse, and um... Nothing copied? I'm afraid that the second screenshot looked like JHS with bad texturing!

This is truly a terrible level. A: It's a rip-off, B: It's boxy and C: You might have to change your keyboard, cos the ";" and "#" buttons don't work, obviously...

Even MY FIRST level was better than this...

He didn't DIRECTLY copy off JHS, he has different Basketball hoops and everything, walls are placed different, You just think that it's JSH because it's named JMS lol =) but the walls are the same as JHS.

Well, many words come to mind when thinking of this level, most of them arn't too good either. You cannot fix what is not broken, quote wel said in this level. Texturing just plain sux nothing more bout that, the locker mats are gotten from god knows where, how could you call it a school with wooden cabinates for lockers? the second bad thing was, the fact that the classrooms did not look like classroom's at all. I meen there we these big wall type objecting protruding from the ground. Were these suppose to be seats maybe? JHS had actual desks. The texturing did suck. I know i mentioned this, but this is one of the BIGGEST problems wtih the levekl

I just thought i'd mention there are a bunch of kinda KWP@JHS kinda lackies on the zone they go there every day and play the same mod at the same place(i am every once in a while one of those people) I see FTP_neo on alot playing that so i think what he wanted was something new and he just wanted to share it with someother people too.......so dont be that harsh

Well, I think that people are far too judgemental today. The author is probably not trying to increase his popularity by copying a great level, he saw something he liked and made it his own. I havn't played it, but I'm sure that it is good on gameplay, or else 400 people wouldn't have downloaded it. The only thing I would have done different is add some lighting to it.

Spiral, 500 people d/led it because it's name is Jedi middle School which is very close to a popular level JHS, not because people told them it had great gameplay.

I give this level a 5, it is kinda boxy, but it needed something more like traps i don't say it sucks it's a kinda good level i just got done playing it, it wasn't all that bad but it meeds some work!

I give it a 2. Absolutly horrible. Real rip off of JHS, which sucked anyway. The outside is nearly identicle to JHS. You people say that architecture and texturing doesn't matter at all, only gameplay. Okay, well, acritecture is a part of gameplay. Having beams, pillars etc to hind behind improves gameplay. It sounds to me like some of you think that if you had a level with great gameplay, then stripped the textures down to one VERY tacky texture, had horrible arcitecture it would still be the same? No way. Having a realistic level is almost 50% of the fun. Playing in a level that seems real and makes you feel as if you are there is an important attribute. It's no fun if it's like playing a 3-D version of an Atari game.

Ok i know my names not well known and most of you wont care about my opinion but never the less i will have my say.

ok so it looks like a rip off of JHS it probably is and so what the texturing doesnt come up to most expected standards,

HOWEVER we must all start out somewere and it looks like this Neo guy started out here. I know when i first started with jed i tried copying levels to see what i could do thats most likely what this guy did, he probably thought ok i like JHs i'll see if i can re create a level i enjoy using Jed but change things to how i want them.

So basically dont be so judgemental give the guy some credit basically tell the lad what his level lacks so he can improve on his mistakes dont criticise the guy cause he dont come up to your standards as thats just cruel.

Thats basically all i have to say on the matter except dont give up neo despite what people might say if you wanna make a level then you go make it cant wait to see what you decide to come up with next good luck... OxIdE

How in the world did this get 850+ downloads? No offense to the maker but...ok well offense to the maker...dont make JHS ripoffs. Think of a creative project. Not one thats been done already. Also if youll notice, all of the positive comments were people in his clan or people associated with his clan.

Well dood, I have say one thing. The person who made this level and the affiliates of the level should be shot. I gave it a 2 because the level is a rip-off. The front of the school with the open area looks so much like JHS. How is he a veteran ,obi wan, if the level is so danged boxy and looks cheesy. If you want veteran made levels check out BeefCaike's levels. Here's my comment on gameplay for JMS, it leans towards the sucky side although its pretty good with KWP. Keep workin on level creating and maybe you wont have to copy a level.

Extreamly strange that every one from FTP thinks its good. Personaly i think its a crap rip off of JHS. It looks NOTHING like a school and where the hell are the classrooms. The texturing is real bad and it doesn't look like u spent very long trying to make it. Also there are way to many heavy weapons to have good game play and the only mod that can make it slightly good is KWP.

Just what we need...a JHS ripoff. As if one JHS isn't bad enough. Hopefully this one at least has a light surge. The author may actually believe that he/she didn't ripoff JHS, but if they'll wipe the fog off of their glasses and check out screenshot 2 one more time, they will see why everyone is complaining. Sure, the level wasn't stolen, but many of the ideas from this level were taken from JHS, no doubt.

The sniper points are kinda good... but this is JK, there isnt any NEED FOR SNIPER POINTS! It really rips the crap outta Jedi High School too. It's not worth the 5 min it takes to download.

What FTP_Neo TRIED to do was clone a good level. I don't really care if someone makes a level from scratch and it sucks sh*t! As long as the level is original, I don't care! And FTP_OBI_wan, SHUT UP! If he says that this level is not a clone, someone get ped_head (creator of JHS) to play this level, and you know what he will say?

This is one of the sad things about level making. All the good names are used in the crappy levels, just like the level The Matrix. Thats why level like this get so many downloads but they are really not very great. I wish someone would make a Really good Matrix level and take down the other crappy one, then post the good one.

WTF is wrong with u people??? i know, this isnt the best lvl ever, but u could at least show some polite comments and tell this guy what he did wrong in a non-nasty way, instead of telling him he sux, u could at least give him CONSTRUCTIVE CRITISISUM and help him do better on he next map, not make him feel bad with the **** you've been giving him. any way......yes the texture could use some work, and it DOES look a little like JHS, neo, u did good, good luck on ur next lvl :)

OKAY ILL TELL YOU WHY

I read all your reasons why jms is a rip-off supposably, and none of them apply.

He gave a decent effort at a level, and it reminds me of when i used to build duke nukem 3d levels. he did a good job for a level, and the concept is very original. with a little bit of work this level could come up great.

-BTW Level is Great with NK7 KWP and EWP-

Okay, Neo, I applaud your hard work (assuming) on this level. However, I don't see why / how you could change a few things here and there and consider it to be your own level.. Besides, if you are going to 'clone' a level, at least try one that isn't so popular.. lol

i'm sorry but i hate this level you said that it didnt have any thing copied from jedi high school well your rong the out side was the same most of the wepons had the same placment and it is boxyone thing was kinda good was that eco if thats how you spell it but other than that i hate the this level i reall dont think that any one could replace jedi high school
