A skin of the infamous Dr. Evil. I noticed there wasn't a Dr. Evil skin in existence, at least not that I could find, so I made one for my buddy Dr_Evil. It's made for Jedi Knight Multiplayer.

Um... spend more time than ten minutes on ANYTHING (except maybe creating mats). Make him a little chubbier and shorter. :P

When you redo him, make his jacket longer, so it overlaps the hips more. Although thinking about it, this would probably involve re-doing the 3DO. Well, think about it. And...uh...maybe watch the films too?
