Posted: 2001-12-12 10:07 a.m.   Report Abuse OK, after playing this I deleted it. It was OK but I think you made a few mistakes in making a mod. First off when I read the readme you said "thanks to the guy who made the no. 9 gun in KWP." I think that right there was quite a bad mistake. Give credit where its due and BTW ID_Junkguy made KWP. Then we got to the weapons... Most of the textures on them were either ones overused or just tweaked LEC ones. One mistake that I think too many mod authors make was what you did with the five gun. People please don't make a gun that shoots lightning! It's been done before and too much. The six gun from what I saw was barely modified at all. Perhaps in your next mod you'll make some guns that look original. Well I gave you a 0 for the rating. Oh and God Bless :)

Posted: 2001-12-12 12:52 p.m.   Report Abuse Hmmm. It was okay. The overall looks were not very good, the 3do's were okay but the texturing was bad, for looks i give it a 3. The playabilty wasn't bad but things of this nature have been done many times before so i wasn't awed, for the playability i give it a 5. The best thing was how much fun it was, despite the bad looks and the rather unoriginal weaps it was pretty fun, the fun part i give an 8. So you get an average of 5.3 repeating i will be kind since it is your first mod so a 6. If you keep on working you could really end up making some good mods. you did an awesome job.

Posted: 2001-12-12 3:20 p.m.   Report Abuse these screens look really nice... not to discourage you, but in the first screenshot, isn't that the heat-seeking rail gun from MOTS? it looks exactly like it except for the blast. (clicks d/l button)

Posted: 2001-12-12 11:15 p.m.   Report Abuse I must agree with Progenetor, although I would not rate this a Zero. All the weapons have a higher or lower rate of speed and use existing templates. The weapons models are LEC, retextured with LEC textures. The sounds were all existing LEC sounds. The weapons weren't balanced at all. There were some new projectile 3dos. I give it a 0.5

Posted: 2001-12-13 6:59 p.m.   Report Abuse This patch was weak in gameplay and visual areas. Of course with somethings visuals aren't everything but this was just seemed to lack effort. I also agree with the previous posts, the guns are unbalanced and the new conc rifle just had the damage upped a bit. The other guns were mediocre at best. Try again, try to make a better theme as well. There are too many gun packs that are just guns that are slightly modified from the LEC versions or just a pack of hacked guns.

Posted: 2001-12-13 9:49 p.m.   Report Abuse haven't had to dl this yet, but really, dont worry so much about ratings, people are mean, hehe. but really, its an accomplishment to get something out and put in on massassi, regardless of how good it is (assuming its not an untextured box) and dont worry about what people say... my first level was like 4 overall, i didn't care, cause i had made it! you should feel the same way
