JK2++ Beta 2

Description

JK2++ is a server-side mod built to enhance the game play of JK2.  Many aspects have been changed: Mana cost:  Many force powers; mana cost was lowered to put your mind where it should be; in playing, not in force management. Force tweaks:  Many powers have been tweaked. Weapon tweaks:  Currently the only non-saber weapon that has been tweaked is the disruptor.  It is now the rail gun that many of us were expecting. Saber tweaks:  Mainly beefed up damage for all saber styles. Note: This is NOT another unofficial 1.03a patch!
