what im confused about is why people post comments and say theyll rate it later when its done downloading, just do it then so you dont waste a comment on nothing.

alright iv'e done play testing it and it does kick ass! 10. also the reason i said it is because i was stating how on first glance it looked good and now i know it is good. otherwise i'd be rating the screen shots which then id have given him an 8 because it looks good but the weapon placing or something as far as i know may be off so i wouldn't give full points... therefore i tell em it looks good then i come back to rate it.
