These amazing levels were released about 4 years ago but never were submitted to massassi.net. Now over time I have brought them back. 3 goldeneye
multiplayers levels, Stack, Complex, and Temple. There all very nicely done, read for 2-16 players. Excellent with the goldeneye mod. They look almost the
exact same as the game levels I hope you enjoy!

|ReAcToR||Posted: 08/21/02 13:15 Report AbuseIt's been quite some time since I played this level pack for Jedi Knight, so I downloaded/played it yesterday and have to say that it wasn't as good as I remembered. Don't get me wrong...Goldeneye was a great game and these levels were good in it, but the person who created them for Jedi Knight left too many glitches.
1. In Complex, you can rail jump to the sky, stick to the sky, and camp/fly around there until you are killed or until you kill yourself.
2. The catwalks and ramps are as thin as paper. This not only looks odd, but anyone who has been editing for even a few weeks knows better than to do that.
3. Some of the levels didn't allow you to slide/jump off of areas, by creating impassable flags, and other areas did. In Goldeneye you could not. I won't say which is better, that should be left up to the author, but what I found aggravating, was that parts of the levels you could slide/jump off of, and other parts you could not. Very little consistency in that respect.
4. If you go to the Temple level, to the lower level, and look up through the square hole in the floor to the upper level, you will notice HOM around the edges of the ceiling.
Besides these things, it wasn't a bad job. People keep telling me that this Goldeneye MOD makes it even more fun, so I may have to try it out.

|Grant||Posted: 08/21/02 19:20 Report AbuseThe texturing is Absolutly crap, but the archi is pretty good and looks about 85% acurate to the goldeneye lvls on 64.
You said that they were orginaly released 4 years ago, you could have at least made an attempt to go throguh the level and fix the bugs and some of the textures. The Temple level was my fav out of them all, it had the most acurate look to the goldeneye lvls.
I know it's hard to get textures to match the game, I tried to make a McKenzie air base lvl from syphon filter 3 and for months i treied to either find texturers that matched or make my own. But you still had 4 years to get some decent textures.
all and all i give the level an 8, for me the gameplay is what really matters, and the acuracy. Good work on the levels and you should contine working on them and maybe even re-release them.
