Description

This is a Jedi Knight Skin Mod that allows you to play as the RX-78-2 Gundam from the anime series, "Mobile Suit Gundam". It was originally a skin for Unreal Tournament but was converted into a Jedi Knight skin. You can play this mod in both SP and MP. New mod-like features are not added as it's just a skin. However, new sounds are included to make it feel "Gundam-ish".

Hey...that looks pretty cool! If it where 200 feet higher I'd be satified :D. Someone should make a Gundam mod for JK...nice good anyway. I gave it a 9

Sombody did, but it was never released.

The skin looks great. When I saw the title I was kinda hopin it was for JO since there's already 2 gundam models for it.

Cant make it to much bigger, but just make levels that make you look taller, and then its perfect :D great job like always SavageX, still cant wait for the new SSX version comming out.

I think it looks awesome! I gave it a ten. It is actually one of the best models I have seen since the last couple of years. Has the cell-shaded art feel to it. By the way, does anyone know what happened to the transformers mod?

Glad you guys like the model - which is good because I'm supposed to be a 3d modeler for a game company so I can't afford to make crappy models! Anyhow, I was considering make a gundam mod for JK a long time ago but the idea sounded to ambitious at the time. I really wanted to make this skin for Jedi Outcast (I've got 3dmax now so it is a reality for me now) BUT my JO CD is busted (it crashes on install) so I can't do it!! That's ticks me off x1000.

Impressive looking..

As for your JO CD.. SavageX, why not try to rip the CD image ISO off of it? Even if the CD fails, there is a very good chance that the ISO on your HD will work fine with Deamon Tools.

Nice job, but hehe, the way JK's model movements work it looks like that old Power Rangers show, heheheh. Its a cool skin though, even though the modern gundam series bored me to hell, and the old ones didn't interest me, its a cool skin to play with.

Discman13, WTF are you talking about? There are no weapons - this is a skin mod and why the hell are you calling me a first timer? I found that quite insulting since I've been editing JK for OVER 5 YEARS and had released a lot of stuff for JK ever since. I am NOT a first timer!

Hmm...it was fairly decent, considering you probably havent watched as much gundam as me O_o. The face was off, the shoulder armor was a bit wrong(they angle a bit down, not straight from the neck-ish area). Compared to your other work, though, I'd say it's not very good, but its nice to see some form of Gundam in JK (besides the crap I had tried a while back... even if I could skin the darn thing, nobody would download it).
-Highs: Only Gundam for JK I've seen actually released,good skin job.
-Lows: Still too blocky, even for JK. Some of the details arent very precise.
-Overall: Quite good, but could use improvement. [4/10]

I've done the model based off of the action figure version of the Gundam so it is as accurate as the toy. The reason the model may look slightly off is because of JK's player model set up. I had to alter it a tad to make it animate right. This was originally a skin for Unreal Tournament.

i gotta say i really love the skin, aswell as the rest of your work, by the by, have you ever considerd modding the game you stole the jumpping sounds from?

i've looked around and shogo only has 2 or 3 mods for it and there crap...

I have started a level for this mod and any other skins that might benifit frome having small buildings i dont have much of a clue of how big it so in the level it looks about 10 storys tall.

Damn, Savage! Not bad at ALL.
The detail is INCREDIBLE, but my only beef is the right hand. You can still see skin in 3rd person...
Also, you should have put in jets or something, like for when you're strafing, push the button and you zoom that way, or standing still and shoot straight up.
Other than that, though...
