Description

Scream MP is a unique new way to play MotS multiplayer. The level is based on the Scream movies, but does not portray events or locations from them. Instead, it is set in a large, realistic house with many interactive objects, such as light switches, TVs, security cameras and working kitchen appliances. Scream MP is much more than just a level though, it's more of a level and mod combined, as it modifies almost everything in the original game. You should try and make this for Dark Forces II. Not many people have MOTS, and i don't think you can buy it anywhere. other than that, this seems like an AWSOME mod/level. Keep up the work!

Thanks for the feedback. I don't plan to make this for Jedi Knight, although it would be fairly easy to convert it. The main reason for this is that I'm not going to make any more levels for MotS or JK any more once Half-Life 2 comes out, because I plan to edit that. I've taught myself brush editing with the original Half-Life engine and can already make things far better than the things that are possible in MotS.

I just spent 10 minutes writing a comment, then my PC froze, so I'm going to just going to write a summary of what I originally intended to write:

Good level. Syncing minor problem. HOM and low FPS major problem - merge more sectors.

I give it a 7, but it could easily be raised to a 9 if these problems were fixed.

It's about as merged as it can be - it's the transparent windows that cause the HOM and slowdown, but I'd rather keep them in for gameplay reasons.

This level is not very well suited to the JK/MotS engine - it has too many surfaces and adjoins in view at a time. I'm not releasing any more updates now, but I will be remaking it for Half-Life 2, which will not have JK's stupid limits.
