Sith Temple at Coruscant

Description

As you could see this is the place in the first Darth Maul Comic from year 2001; if you got the comic and look over the pictures you will see many things... well, almost everything is much the same, except perhaps the throne room. I have been noticing there is a drop in framerate in this level but you're gonna have to bare with it. That's pretty much about it, except this is the actual first Coruscant or any level that JK FoxHound has been releasing, you can visit the JK FoxHound page at www.snakearea.cjb.net.

Woot, first comment.

This place is awesome. It's fairly true to the comics, except for the hangar area, but that's no problem at all. Other than that, it's damn good.

Keep up the good work!

My random comments:

The throne isn't a throne.

*Looks out of hanger door* If this is any sign of what Corusant looks like, it sure is ugly...

Why do I have to jump on top of the elevator switch to hit it?

The elevator is annoyingly slow. JKMP is fast pased. Not a good mix.

WTH are all the powerups in the level doing in one spot?!? (I got up to this point and died. Didn't want to bother going down the elevator again, so I quit.)

The level layout does not suit an MP level. Looks more like a linear SP level.

And, why do you rush the level, and then appologise in the readme? Appology NOT accepted... why the rush in releasing it?!? Just take a few more days (/weeks/months, even)!

The texturing was ok, but the textures that were picked were horrendus. Yellow striped elevators?!?

In spite of all this, the archi was decent, and the 3dos were ok (the detail on the elevator was cool, but again the textures ruined it).

My final rating: 4 - Not a level I would want to play.

I suggest you try to make your level less linear next time... try to provide at least two or three paths out of every area. Don't make huge elevator shafts with slow elevators.

Sorry I was so harsh, but it's a harsh world...

This level is very good because of the AI and is good for a death match and a RPG. I give it a 10/10 because I love lvls with AI in them and this lvl doesn't lag.

Overall, its fun for the RPing aspect of it, which I think a level like this is better suited and made for anyways. I thought it was alright, some nice texturing in most areas.

The best part is the DDs and that's all, the elevator is both slow and too big.
And yeah the outside level is really, really, ugly. I didn't care too much for some of the inside textures either.
