Posted: 2003-10-21 3:40 p.m.   Report Abuse You made none of these skins. You changed some sound names. You also changed some saber-numbers. Nothing too complex, but at least an effort. You actually DID something with the mod, rather than steal everyone elses work and do nothing with it.

Posted: 2003-10-21 4:34 p.m.   Report Abuse Well, I will admit, its not the first skinpack for JK, but seeing as its your 4th (I think), they are pretty good, and people start somewhere in editing (Believe me....I know -_-). SO. I rate things based on:

Effort
Quallity
Origonality
Bugs
Fun

Testing your skinpack, I rate the following (0=Lowest, 10=Highest:

Effort - 7 (In your case, this being your 4th skinpack I think)
Quallity - 6 (Seeing as these are made by LEC)
Origonality - 2 (MILLIONS have been done up to this day)
Bugs - 1 (I did'nt really find any bugs)
Fun - 6 (I love playing as Boc :D)

In all, I rate this as an 7. Good job :)

I DID make ALL of the skins - all the non- LEC resources in the mod were made by me. All 3dos and most Mats are my work, in one way or another (ie. converting certain textures to dflt colormap to make them work right, with no funny colors). I never said they were my own idea, though. There is credit to the several editors I borrowed ideas from (excluding LEC, which is obvious).
The rest of your comment is essentially true, though if you look, there are semi-new sounds in there (edited from the original LEC sounds). The gran falling sound is an example. Sounds silly for a gran to sound like Kyle after falling to his doom, doen't it?
Lastly, I do Very Much appreciate your comment (and yours, Jenny_Kitty), as I like to know what people think of my mod, positive or negative, but with purpose (don't worry; both had enough purpose to my liking. I just don't want vague descriptions like "it sucks", "i'm BORED!" or something similar).

Posted: 2003-10-22 1:25 p.m.   Report Abuse I just realized an at least semi-important thing I forgot to mention about the mod (though it should be quite obvious from the screenshots).
All the skins have their correct right hands, at least in respect to their left hands. It's not that important, but I was intrigued by the idea.
(I learned how to do this by browsing the contents of ShadowX's SBX 3.1 mod, though I didn't use his models)

I decided to just add on to this comment. The d/l rate is VERY Slow and nobody has rated or commented lately (for this mod). Please comment and/or rate -- I want to know what you think; and if you have suggestions to improve it, I appreciate that, too.

Posted: 2004-09-15 7:41 p.m.   Report Abuse ^^^ not the ones I put in there. Now you can play as either tusken, and *any* of the stormtroopers (with a yellow, orange, or red pad, or without a pad).
True, they aren't really... *new*... but they are modified skins.
