Midnight Arena

Posted: 2000-08-14 4:00 a.m.   Report Abuse good level. i like the hallway above the main arena...it would be fun in multiplay. i also like the almost exact mirror of both sides, but yet the elements on both sides are changed in the most minute ways. good job.

Posted: 2000-08-14 7:06 p.m.   Report Abuse I agree totally. The lamp 3dos were the best I've seen yet- framerate and packet size friendly, yet cool looking. The [ssh!] candle was equally cool. If they were taller, the walls hugging the ramps and walkways would provide good hiding, but we can't ask for miracles, can we?. Also, the thermdets were a nice touch, although most hosts are probably going to be whiners and dissallow the usage of them. Anywho, not many saber levels are this good, so this level gets a big Val HUZZAH!

Those lamp 3dos were a VERY nice touch, as well as that candle that actually had flickering lightning. Reminds me of playing Theif...man that's really cool game. Anyways...great level. Congradulations.

Posted: 2000-08-27 7:16 p.m.   Report Abuse The saber version was pretty good.There's nice little areas that are great for saber battles,but the guns version isn't that great.It's too easy to grab a CR or a rail gun.Too many guns just lying around makes it too easy. If you like sabers-only,get this level,but if you like blowing stuff up,then save your time.
