Jedi Knight: Rebirth Public Meeting -

Saturday, September 10th, 9:00PM EST time, the Jedi Knight: Rebirth team will be meeting to discuss the mod as a whole, as well as specific aspects of the mod.Can't wait to see you Massassians there!
The general public is invited to observe [The chatroom will be under mute] and at the end of the meeting, make comments, as the team will be sticking around for comments and questions. Don't miss this chance to see how the team functions, and get first word of new exciting happenings within the team.

A quick note: -
The #JKR channel will be CLOSED after 9PM EST. Get there BEFORE then if you want to see the meeting and ask questions. We want to avoid exit enter messages as much as possible. I will possibly give invites to people who drop during the meeting, but there will be no invite for late arrivals.

The Rising Empire: website update -

Hey, DAK (a.k.a. Antizac to some)here. Just pluggin' my mod, and lettin' the community know that my Jedi Academy Single-Player mod, The Rising Empire is well on it's way, and heading into the beta stage... No specific time is set for a closed beta, (soon, I hope) and I haven't decided on open betas, yet...Thanks to DAK for submitting this news item.
Just realizing, recently, that nobody even knew what this mod was about, I decided to release the backstory, which gives you a good view of the events that lead up to The Rising Empire. It's pretty spoiler-free, so check it out at the Website.
The Rising Empire has pre-rendered cutscenes, new animations, new character models (my own and others), and many other things... Check out the website for more information or check out the WIP thread @ Massassi

We apologize for the lack of level posting as of late, but Brian is working on a new file submission system. Until it's finished, Massassi won't see many file posts.

Lava Hot Deathmatch 2 has been finished and released. It has it's fair share of bugs, and a couple errors I can't explain at all, but here it is. 9-11-2001 -
4 Years ago on this day America, and the world, witnessed a great tragedy. I think I speak for myself and the rest of Massassi when I say that everyone who's died as a result of that day will be in my thoughts. I'd also like to wish our men and women who are still taking care of the threat to America a timely return and safety fighting for our country.

SBX Sound Pack Addon for JK v1.1 -
Some exciting information about ShadowX's SBX3.1 from Jedi_Jos.

ShadowX contacted ORJ and sent us the 'SBX Sound Pack Addon for JK v1.1'. It enhances a lot of the SBX sounds (especially the saber sounds) and it can be used even if other players do not have it installed. You can download it here.The required mod, Saber Battle X 3.1 can be found on Massassi here.
