Description: This is a pack of about 15 skins that I've made for Jedi Knight MP. Some of the included skins are: Incredible Hulk, Jack (in the Box), Rancor, Pirate, Borg, and a some others that I thought were interesting. As stated in the Readme, I don't care if you want to take them apart or use them for something else. However, I would like to hear what you think, since this is my first released patch.

Description: A modified version of Canyon Oasis. New mats, architecture, and one secret -- a revive, if you can find it (here's a hint: it's near a new ledge I created). It's a must-have for conc rifle and rail gun lovers. Actually, that's basically all it has, except for some sequencer charges, and a LOT of conc and rail ammo. There are new, interesting respawning areas too. Have fun, leave a good comment if you download it!

Did Someone Say... SS3? - Kedri @ 6:14 PM
Well, thanks to last night's frag-fest, my sleeping habit's all shot to hell... the one good thing to come out of this bizarro state is that the final piece of SavageX's Space Soldiers 3 mod and DM levels submissions has fallen into place, and I was awake at the moment to put it all together. You see, the info for the submissions was sent just over a week ago, but getting our hands on the necessary files has been a little difficult, because SS3's host site Outpost D-34 has been in the process of switching over to the Gamestats Network.

My many thanks go to the folks in #massassi who were able to DCC me their copies of both zip files that they downloaded before Outpost D-34 began switching servers. In my semi-concious state right now I'm pressed to remember your names, but you know who you are! A big thanks also goes to SavageX, who was able to provide select screenshots for the submissions below.

WarpedNewt sent in an update to his latest submission, Paintball Arena 3 (Beta), which now allows more than one or two people to be in the level at once. The update replaces the existing hosted file, so be sure to grab it if you already downloaded the first one.

Description: A medium sized "capture the flag" level. The level has two bases, one for each team, a small village, a sewer system and a network of caves. Most of the power ups are contained in the bags, so there is no need to run around gathering weapons. It is suitable for 4+ players.

Updates at TACC - Hebedee @ 6:12 AM
Ryan at hosted site The Admiral's Command Chamber has updated with a new level feature for Legacy of Yun by Chewbubba. He also reports that the Walkthrough section us up. It includes the first walkthrough for The New Empire Part 1, which was written by Chris Swan. The level feature is very interesting, it includes a percentage of the amount of the level complete, a story line, and screenshots of the level. Go check them both out at The Admiral's Command Chamber.

Millennium News - Hebedee @ 6:44 PM
Though its not really fully hosted as of now, it is in heart, Millennium (in its spiffy non-Massassi Japanese url web site form), has updated itself numerous times without the acknowledgement of the main Massassi site. The updates include updates on his new mod, EnhancePack ME, which will be the continuation of the former Enhance Packs, which were very great to say the least. Lots of weapons and items to see, so check that part out. Also, there is a poll on what kind of forum Millennium should be using. I suggest you go on over there and check out all of the new features and look at what kind of stuff he is brewing up for EnhancePack ME, at Millennium.
I think I used up all of my commas.

MikeC updated Have Lightsaber, Will Travel today with an important announcement. It involves his SP level, Pirate Recon. Here's a quote for ya.
I have made a major decision regarding my Pirate Recon level. Every pirate you battle in the level will be unique. You may see the same skin more than once, but something will be significantly different (different weapons for example). Even seeing the same skin used will be very rare. Lots of the pirates will be based on Al McDonald's great skins, but many of them will not.
Thats a very unique aspect of an SP, and I look forward to it. On another note, he has been producing new enemies for this level like a mad person, and you really should check out the screen shots. They're amazing. So do it, which means you'll have to click here.
Rbots Rewrite - Hebedee @ 6:28 PM
I'm a bit behind the times, but some of you may not have noticed this. The Rbots team stated that they are completely rewriting both the JK and the MotS Rbots code. This means one thing: postponement. Here's what they said..
As some of you already know, the JK version of the latest release (0.23) has been postponed indefinately. This is due to some serious problems with the current code that works fine in MotS, but refuses to run in JK. The only way to fix this is to totally rewrite the code from scratch. This is not necesarily a bad thing, as there's a lot of useless code in there. This rewrite would also be for the MotS version. What I'd like from you guys is a list of 'must have' suggestions to incorporate into the rewrite. Join in the discussion and add your suggestions here.
Its kind of sad I guess, but at least it will have cleaner code and we can have both a JK and MotS version. Good luck Rbots team.
